  • Our prices reflect the quality and craftsmanship behind every piece

3. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase — it is not a confirmed sale until we accept it
  • For Cash on Delivery orders: you will receive a confirmation email with a link that must be clicked within 30 minutes to confirm your order. Unconfirmed orders are automatically cancelled.
  • For online payment orders: payment completion confirms your order
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. A full refund will be issued for any paid orders that we cancel.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is handled by Postex Pakistan
