1. Overview
We want you to love your Neelo & Amra purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please note: we do not offer cash refunds. All returns are for exchange only.
2. Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date as confirmed by Postex tracking
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Not be a sale or discounted item — sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Sale and discounted items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Step 2: Provide your order number
Include your order number and the reason for exchange. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Ship the item back
Once approved, ship the item back to:
Plot 1055, Hyderabad Colony, Karachi East
Step 4: Return shipping cost
Customer bears the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked courier service — we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Step 5: Processing your exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, the exchange will be processed within 7 working days.
5. Exchange Options
You may exchange for:
- A different size of the same item (subject to availability)
- A different colour of the same item (subject to availability)
- Store credit equal to the item value, usable on your next purchase
6. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In this case we will cover the return shipping cost and prioritise your exchange.
