1. Our Refund Policy
Neelo & Amra does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All eligible returns are processed as exchanges only. Please review our Return Policy for exchange eligibility and process.
2. Online Payment Orders — Cancelled Before Dispatch
If you paid online and your order is cancelled before it is dispatched:
- A full refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds take 7-10 working days to appear depending on your bank or wallet provider
3. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you were charged but did not receive an order confirmation, or were charged twice for the same order, please contact us immediately:

4. COD Orders
Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for monetary refunds. If you wish to return a COD order, please refer to our Return Policy for exchange options.
5. Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, we will offer an exchange or store credit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
